Beyonce attended her fragrance launch after party for "Beyonce Heat" on February 2, 2010 in New York City. Now I'm not usually a fan of what Beyonce wears, but this red ruffled mini dress (by Marc Bouwer) is borderline cute on her to me. What do you think?
