BNL prepare 11th album

BNL prepare 11th album

In preparation of the March 30 release of their 11th album All In Good Time, Barenaked Ladies and its label Raisin' Records have signed an exclusive worldwide deal with EMI Music's Label Services unit.

All In Good Time marks the band's first album since the departure of frontman Steven Page last year.

“We’re redefining who we are, and how we communicate as a band, and as friends," says guitarist/vocalist Ed Robertson. "The album has an emotional rawness to it that we may have shied away from in the past. I think we pushed ourselves to heavier places, and also allowed for some really spacious moments. We can’t wait to play these songs live.”

The album's first single You Run Away is expected to hit radio this month.

In a Facebook posting, my brother/Barenaked Ladies superfan is quoted as saying "Wahoo! It's coming!"

Only time will tell if he's the only one excited about this album.
