The former Spice Girl "will be a guest judging on one episode," her publicist tells "The Insider."
However, the "Posh" diva won't be on the panel full-time, as she's very dedicated to her fashion line and doesn't want to take too much time away from overseeing the brand.
"The Insider" also confirms that singer Katy Perry will be making a guest appearance as well.
The news comes on the heels of Paula Abdul announcing that she will not be returning to the show this season.
