According to Us Weekly, Russell Brand and Katy Perry are engaged! The two have been together since September when he publicly flirted with her onstage while hosting the VMAs. Katy and Russell have become an adorable couple with all their PDAs around the world, and it looks like they have a genuinely great time together. He was recently spotted looking at diamond rings, though prior reports that they were planning to tie the knot were shot down. The two are currently in India, a trip that was supposedly his Christmas gift to her.
